Weymouth Speed Week 2006 has a new
sponsor, Kangaroo Poo. The event is
shaping up to be the biggest and best
supported since its Johnny Walker heyday
back in the seventies. Kangaroo Poo will
be bringing a much needed cash boost.
Entries are filling up fast including Bjorn
Dunkerbeck & David White, made even
easier this year with on line booking &
payment. Total competitors will be limited
to 100 with some two day places available
to those that can’t make all week.
The other change for this year is that the
event has a Monday start (the 2 October)
and finishes the following Sunday with a
big party planned for the Saturday night at
the National Sailing Academy. This still
gives the youths a weekend to show their
speed abilities and with major prizes for
Weymouth Speed week 1st timers, Ladies,
& Masters. It’s never been a better time to
enter and find out how fast you can go
